1. Scope and our role
This Privacy Policy explains how Presha Inc. (“Presha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through presha.so and our related applications and services (the “Services”). Presha Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in California.
For account, website, billing, support, and direct relationship information, Presha generally determines why and how the information is processed. When an organization uses Presha to store information about its prospects, clients, borrowers, members, or other business contacts, that organization controls the information and Presha processes it to provide the Services. Requests concerning organization-controlled records may need to be directed to that organization.
The Services are intended for United States business users who are at least 18 years old. This policy does not cover third-party services you access independently.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Presha, we collect the following categories of information:
- Account and identity information, such as name, business email, phone number, authentication identifiers, email-verification status, organization, role, and account settings;
- Profile and business information, such as experience level, market area, working hours, timezone, business type, organization membership, and CRM visibility settings;
- CRM and professional records, such as contact details, addresses, custom fields, notes, tasks, conversation records, deal and commission information, lead sources, and activity history;
- Goals and performance information, such as income goals, prospecting activity, conversion information, lesson progress, scores, team metrics, and coaching plans;
- AI and voice content, such as prompts, coach messages, pasted call transcripts, live AI-role-play microphone audio while it is processed, generated transcripts, scores, feedback, summaries, and relevant context supplied to produce them;
- Organization content, such as invitations, group assignments, curricula, lessons, custom branding, logos, and administrator actions;
- Billing information, such as billing email, subscription status, seats, price, invoice identifiers, payment-card brand and last four digits, and tax-related transaction information. Stripe receives complete payment details; Presha does not;
- Support and inquiry information, including messages, contact details, feedback, refund requests, and troubleshooting information you choose to provide; and
- Technical and usage information, such as session and security identifiers, pseudonymous product-event identifiers, selected feature events, rate-limit records, device or browser information supplied in ordinary network requests, and approximate location inferred by service providers from an IP address where enabled. Presha disables geolocation for its allowlisted PostHog product events.
3. Sources of information
We receive information directly from you; from your organization, its administrators, and other members; from contacts or content you place in the Services; automatically from the browser or device used to access Presha; and from service providers such as Auth0, Stripe, and other vendors that help us operate the Services.
Presha does not purchase consumer lists from data brokers. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to place third-party personal information in Presha.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and administer organizations, roles, invitations, and CRM visibility;
- provide CRM, planning, reporting, training, voice, transcript, AI-coaching, and team-management features;
- process subscriptions, calculate seats and taxes, prevent duplicate charges, provide refunds, and maintain transaction records;
- personalize plans, lessons, coaching, priorities, and recommendations using information within the authorized workspace;
- send account, invitation, billing, security, support, and other transactional communications;
- provide customer support and, when necessary, allow limited authorized personnel to inspect relevant data for troubleshooting, security, or abuse investigation;
- measure allowlisted product events, maintain service reliability, enforce limits, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect Presha and its users;
- develop and improve Presha using feedback and aggregated or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify a person; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and complete a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition.
5. How we disclose information
We disclose information only as described below. Service providers may process information for Presha under their agreements and applicable law. The particular vendors may change as the Services evolve.
- Supabase for application databases, storage, and backend infrastructure;
- Auth0 for authentication and account identity;
- Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, taxes, invoicing, and payment processing;
- Anthropic for AI coaching, analysis, scoring, summaries, and lesson-generation features;
- ElevenLabs for live AI voice conversations, speech processing, and transcripts;
- PostHog for narrowly allowlisted product analytics and AI request metadata;
- Mapbox for maps, address suggestions, and geocoding;
- Resend for transactional invitation email;
- Vercel and related infrastructure providers for hosting and delivery;
- your organization’s owners, authorized leaders, and members according to configured roles and visibility; and
- government authorities, advisers, counterparties, or other recipients when reasonably necessary for law, safety, security, rights enforcement, or a corporate transaction.
6. AI and voice processing
Presha does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models. Anthropic states that content submitted through its commercial API is not used to train its models by default and that standard API inputs and outputs are generally deleted from its backend within 30 days, subject to safety, legal, and contractual exceptions.
Presha has opted out of ElevenLabs’ optional use of newly submitted account data to improve models. Presha also may configure ElevenLabs privacy controls governing saved audio and provider-side conversation retention. During a voice interaction, ElevenLabs and its authorized providers still process microphone audio, prompts, responses, and transcripts to provide the conversation. Presha saves the resulting transcript—not the raw microphone recording—in its own database for scoring, history, and coaching features.
Presha’s PostHog AI instrumentation is configured not to export prompts, messages, CRM context, completions, or tool payloads. It may receive operational metadata such as model, latency, token usage, finish status, and cost. Provider practices remain subject to their terms and may change; we will update this policy when a material change affects our disclosures.
7. Organization and team access
Organization owners and leaders may access member information, activity, performance, training reports, and CRM records when permitted by the organization’s configured roles and CRM visibility. Presha displays the relevant CRM visibility to members. Authorized leaders may change access and may preserve organization-controlled business records when a member leaves.
If your account is provided or managed by an organization, contact that organization with questions about its use of your information. Presha cannot delete organization-controlled records solely at an individual member’s direction when the organization has a lawful need to retain them, but we may delete or deidentify the member’s separate account information when appropriate.
8. No sale or targeted advertising
Presha does not sell personal information, rent customer lists, provide personal information to data brokers, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Presha does not currently use third-party advertising pixels.
Because there is no uniform standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, Presha does not respond differently to those signals. Where legally required and applicable to our practices, we will recognize qualifying opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, such a signal does not change our present practices.
10. Retention and deletion
We generally retain account and workspace information while the account remains open, including after subscription cancellation, so the workspace may be reactivated. We do not guarantee permanent storage of inactive workspaces and may delete long-inactive data after reasonable notice. Transcripts and coaching records generally remain until deleted as part of an authorized deletion request or workspace deletion.
We generally retain billing and tax records for up to seven years and ordinary security and rate-limit records for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active investigation, dispute, legal requirement, or enforcement. Aggregated or deidentified information may be retained longer when it cannot reasonably identify a person.
A verified account or workspace owner may request deletion at team@presha.so. We delete or deidentify information within a reasonable period unless it is controlled by the customer’s organization or must be retained for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Deleted information may persist temporarily in restricted backups before aging out under backup schedules.
11. Your choices and requests
You may update certain profile and workspace information in the Services. You may also email team@presha.so to request access, correction, a portable copy, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and an organization may need to handle requests concerning records it controls.
You may cancel a subscription through billing settings or Stripe’s customer portal. Presha currently sends transactional—not promotional—email. If we introduce optional marketing communications, they will include a way to unsubscribe while continuing necessary account, billing, security, and service messages.
Depending on your state and whether a particular privacy law applies to Presha, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Presha will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.
12. Security
Presha uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted network transport, restricted service credentials, database authorization rules, signed sessions, input validation, rate limits, and narrowly configured analytics. Access by Presha personnel is limited to authorized needs such as support, maintenance, security, and abuse investigation.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, or disclosed. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to team@presha.so.
13. Children
The Services are for adults and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to create or use a Presha account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to Presha, contact team@presha.so so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
14. United States processing
Presha offers the Services in the United States and processes information in the United States through Presha and its service providers. Do not use the Services if you are not authorized to transfer and process the relevant information in the United States.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the Services, vendors, law, or our practices. Changes apply prospectively from the updated effective date shown above. For material changes, we will provide an in-product notice and request consent where legally required. We will not materially expand the use of previously collected personal information in a manner incompatible with the notice provided at collection without taking any steps required by law.
16. Contact us
For privacy questions or to submit an access, correction, export, or deletion request, contact Presha Inc. at team@presha.so. Please describe the request and identify the account or organization involved without sending passwords, complete payment-card details, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
